WebsiteWhen I started at Symphony Homes my first task was to re-design their current website. After doing market research and digging into their analytics I began to sketch out my vision. My research leads me to the conclusion that the project was going to be predicated on getting all new digital assets that included photography, motion vignettes, and videos. After working with numerous photographers, videographers, aerial masters, and a talented developer my vision came to life. Here are both the designs and the website itself. Before I left their marketing department I had designed the next version of their website as well.

TrackingWhen I arrived at Symphony there was no measurable way of determining the effectiveness of not only marketing but various departments within the company. One of the things I was eager to create was an effective exit survey that could track how satisfied buyers were with the entire process. Since then we have found various ways to improve departments in order to make the process as pain-free as possible for our buyers. Another thing that wasn't being measure was social media. We were just taking shots in the dark. I created an analytics system that uses A/B testing in order to determine what is the most effective way of reaching our audience.

PRINT MATERIALBefore I came to Symphony I purely did digital design work, websites, emails, logos, ads, etc. However, they granted me the time to learn how to design for print. I covered various aspects of this broad form of design that included, billboards, entrance/model home signs, magazines, booklets, and brochures. I had to work and coordinate with various city and company members to ensure that copy and ordinances were all in line. I am still growing and learning all the various forms of print but have loved the process throughout.
